May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We need your help supporting our youth at Kids In Crisis. When you donate $50 or more this month, your gift will support Youth Mental Health in our TeenTalk Program. As a thank you, we will send you a mug with our “Kids In Crisis 3 a.m. friend” campaign logo. This mug symbolizes your support and reminds us that you are a 3 a.m. friend to us and the children we help.
A “3 a.m. friend” is someone you can rely on in times of need, even in the middle of the night. This concept is at the heart of our mission, providing immediate support and resources for children and families facing tough times.
Mental health challenges can be overwhelming and unpredictable. They remind us of the importance of a support network. A 3 a.m. friend is someone who stands by you when you are at your most vulnerable, offering comfort, understanding, and practical help. Kids In Crisis TeenTalk Counselors are like these friends. They are in 18 schools across Fairfield County, supporting students every day, during vacations, and over the summer.
We want to highlight this part of our program as summer approaches. Your donations help us be there for kids when they need us the most.
Your support makes a real difference. Just as a 3 a.m. friend offers a safe space to talk and be understood, Kids In Crisis provides a lifeline for those in need. Together, we can make the journey through mental health challenges easier for everyone.

Thank you for being a Kids In Crisis 3 a.m. Friend. Your generosity helps us continue our vital work and supports the mental health of our youth. And thanks to our generous donor, who purchased these mugs to give to our donors to spread awareness about youth mental health.
To receive the mug, you must donate $50 or more before the end of May. Please designate your gift for TeenTalk. We also need your shipping address to send it to you. The 11-oz mug is made of white, durable ceramic, which is BPA—and lead-free, microwave—and dishwasher-safe.
